Customer stories

Practical work. Measurable business results.

Every engagement starts with a real operational problem and a clear outcome. These Australian businesses began with different needs and measured what changed.

MEETING COMPLIANCE WITH CUSTOM-DEVELOPED FORMS

Event Co

The challenge

Event Co needed a series of digital waivers for its Bubble Soccer events. Jotform delivered this reliably. But the business paid a premium price for capabilities far beyond their requirements, the solution had become costly overhead for a basic use case.

What we did

  • Using our AI stack, we custom developed the waiver, duplicated the fields, including a digital signature section
  • Transitioned the application form with zero re-training or down time
"We saved ourselves a costly renewal which just kept increasing in cost by 25% year on year. Now we're looking at other initiatives on where we can replace other software with AI where it makes sense"
Manager, Rosebay, Homebush

AI-DRIVEN WEB & CMS

Gallipoli Turkish Cultural Foundation

The challenge

GTCF's website was outdated and didn't provide the functionality it required to automate many of their business functions. That meant more repeatitive administrative work to service their customers in an inefficient way using primative management tools like excel spreadsheets.

What we did

  • Rebuilt their website from the ground up, added a simple but effective CMS backend
  • Removed the delay in website updates with multiple backend users able to easily update as needed
"Our previous platform was very basic and had some forms, however every function post the form submission, was a manual and inefficient process. This included anything from invoicing, organising tour times, to rentals. It was taking up the bulk of my day most weeks"
Office Manager, Auburn

AI DRIVEN SAAS REPLACEMENT & IOT INTEGRATION

A sydney-based Construction company

The challenge

With a number of expensive equipment used for post-tensioning, the business was using Sortly to manage the inventory as it was seen as an improvement to Microsoft Excel. However, since the business was only using it for a specific use-case, this was again seen as overkill for their requirements. Orkestro swiftly was able to refactor an application specific to their needs and  also went a step further integrated it with their IoT devices.

What we did

  • Dynamic Location updates, rather than manual entries
  • Smart alerting when equipment was under-utilised
  • Reduced recurring SaaS costs
"Our team didn't realise how much smarter we could be working. Once the team started the workshops, we understood how much more value we could be getting from our tools"
CFO, Smithfield
